We all want a healthy and disease-free life, and the most important way to stay healthy is to maintain a desirable body weight. Being overweight increases the risk of any disease. Not only that, excess weight makes many people feel uncomfortable. So for peace of mind and disease prevention, everyone should keep their weight under control according to their age and height.


Many people choose very unhealthy ways to lose weight, so even if the weight is temporarily reduced, it does not last long. Many young people now consider being underweight as a fad.



But its main purpose is to stay healthy, active and avoid the risk of disease.  

 

Eating small meals frequently, reducing some high-calorie foods from the diet, walking regularly, eating at the right time, sleeping 7-8 hours and being free from worry can help you lose weight easily.

If you want to lose weight, it is better to first know why you have gained weight. Because if we know the reason, we can lose weight very easily and it will be long lasting.


Hereditary factors, excessive food intake, lack of physical exertion or exercise, hormonal problems, side effects of drugs, anxiety, not following proper timing of meals. Weight gain can also occur due to various reasons.



So it is possible to lose weight easily if you follow a proper diet with some tests for weight control.  

If you take the advice of a dietitian for weight control by doing blood tests such as TSH, blood sugar, lipid profile, creatinine, hemoglobin, etc., you can lose weight very easily. But apart from weight, if someone has other diseases such as diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, etc., some additional tests may be required in their case.


Know guys, only one diet will never help us lose weight. In this case, regular follow-up is very important. Generally every 21 days to 1 month intervals by licking the required calories to follow the diet. There will be little chance of harming you physically. Such as hair loss, skin shrinkage, weakness, dizziness etc. So it is never right to cut down on your own food or take any medicine to lose weight.  


  What else is to be accepted

- Eating a good breakfast is very important to lose weight.

- You can drink turmeric in warm water with lemon and honey 

- 10.30 to 11 am i.e. mid morning take some light food like fruit/ lemon colored tea/ canned water/ cucumber/ green tea etc.  


Finish mid-day meal between 1-1.30 pm, keep small rice or bread/salad/vegetables/fish on the menu.  


Have another meal between 4-5 PM, which should be very light, like- nuts/ green tea/ sugar free biscuits/ fruits/ matha etc.  


Have a small dinner between 8-8.30 pm. You can eat bread/vegetables/chicken or fish.  


Drink yogurt or fat free milk before going to bed.  


The amount of these foods will depend on our caloric needs. Generally caloric requirements for weight loss are determined based on age/weight/exercise/disease.


So before you lose weight, you must know what is right for you.
